Motorsport Adapter Kits

 

Our adapter plates are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and have an excellent fit and finish and can be polished to a show quality shine.

The flywheels are re machined and re surfaced stock 200 MM VW Bug 12V units.

We machine the flywheels as not to remove too much material in the bolt holes. This allows the bolts to hold the existing flywheel and doesn't rely on the weld for sole support. These small details sets us apart from our competitors .

Kits include adapter plate, flywheel, new pilot bearing, flywheel bolts, bellhousing bolts, and transaxle studs and nuts.

Our Honda plates have a ring fitted to the inside bore designed to protect the crank seal from sand or debris. It is recommended that a 1/8" bead of silicone be applied to completely seal the ring to the engine block.

3.8 L Buick kits require match balancing. We will need the original flywheel from the motor to do this. It is included in the price.
